If you played Sid Meier’s Pirates or Port Royale you will feel right at home. No naval combat yet, but trade and automated trade routes. Dynamic prices based on supply and demand. Randomized worlds using climatology science - seasonal wind patterns which affect the flow of trade. Some cool stuff to check out.

It’s kind of sad the anti-circumcision cause gets lumped in with a lot of other garbage, because at its core it’s a pretty reasonable argument: let’s not cut bits off of infants for no good reason. But instead of just sticking with that we got anti-feminist conspiracy theory nonsense.
I was just talking about this recently, funny. Like you said, it’s reasonable. But what I find weird is when people make it a figurehead issue. It feels so low-stakes compared to all the other atrocities in the world. It’s strange how some people focus on it. I agree with their message just not the importance.
I’ve noticed as well if someone is really into being vocal about that issue, they almost certainly have some weird sexual hang-ups around women to go with it.
