What happens if you are the only employee or one of two employees in your company

You just have to be the first one to mumble: i can’t believe he did that
From my understanding, he doesn’t necessarily make it clear that it’s a employee’s complaint still, depending on the complaint it would ve obvious
If youre the only one, I think it would look like that Monty Python sketch “Argument Clinic”
You make the complaint clearly refer to things that only affect the other employee and wait for the shit show
