      Plus you can get Aquafaba pretty much for free by using it!

      Aquafaba is the water they are cooked in (which is also the water in a can if you buy them canned). It can be used as a good egg white substitute for baking and meringues

      Technically all legumes can make aquafaba, but chickpeas are usually considered some of the best for it. Also aquafaba can be frozen so you can save for later use
