We don’t want them, and we elected officials to block them. If our elected officials ignore us, and accept the bribes to build them despite what we want, then we are perfectly within our rights as citizens to burn them to the ground.

We don’t want them, and they’d better listen to us. They won’t get burned down everywhere, but there is a non-zero number that absolutely will get burned down. If enough of them burn down, they won’t want to take a chance on investing in them.
