I guess I don’t understand how the joke is the same. Is “Ching Ching Chong ping pong” the Mandarin translation of “crypto scammer,” or “nominative determinism,” or “the universe is too on-the-nose”?
While there are English versions of the joke, like a prolific fucker being named Dick Hammer, it just dovetails with the racist jokes that are simply mocking a name because it’s foreign.

These jokes may superficially resemble each other solely because they involve non-white people, but one joke comes down to “all Chinese people be like,” while the other is about Kash Patel in particular.
