My wife had a zflip where the hinges got stuck and snapped, and they replacement they sent her had the flex cable inside malfunction to the point where it felt like the phone was going to melt. Two different ways to fail in the same spot. The future is here!
I carry a phone and small tablet for most things. Having them combined would be pretty cool. Although I have been bearish on foldables since the beginning.
A bigger screen can make many tasks easier. I’d quite like to be able to see a decently large terminal window and a keyboard at the same time for instance.

I get for people wanting the larger screen size that folds, but I’d like one of the smaller ones so it’s not as heavy and fits into smaller pockets
