I think they were connecting two seperate cuisines which heavily feature spices, not goving Nandos as an example of indian food.
It’s just like how in America there is a Mexican restaurant in every small shitty town.
But there’s also Mexican food in the nice towns too
And Chinese and interestingly Indian food is catching on also.
