i’ve got some amazing roast recipes, but they’re “english” or “american” cuisine so bleh. but godsdamn are they tasty when they’re done right.

also, y’all have enough immigrants from the larger empire that claiming anglo-indian cuisine isn’t british cuisine just kind of feels racist (which is parallel to your point). how long do you have to live there before you’re british? I like the french approach. five minutes.
