Main thing is to know if your ISP cares or not. Mine does, so I use a vpn. You can set qbittorrent to only use the vpn so if it gets turned off then just nothing will download.

You can do that on windows just downloading something like qbittorrent and mullvad vpn. You can also set them up in docker containers if you are familiar with that. It allows you to have the vpn only affect qbittorrent rather than your whole PC.

I do all of this on linux as well but had originally set it up on windows.

Ive been on linux since the 3000 series nvidia cards. PopOS works well with nvidia cards. I used bazzite for a while with no problems, then switched to cachyOS and no problems there either.

My next card will be AMD but you should be fine to use linux with nvidia right now.

The meme is pointing out hypocrisy among those in America. Its common to hear them mock China for having a social credit score system, while apparently not realizing they have exactly that with credit monitoring companies.

This is all made more ridiculous by the fact that there is no social credit score in China as Americans understand it.

The joke is that Americans brag and call everyone else barbarians, when they themselves are the barbarians. Its pure projection to inflate the massive American ego.

Its dependant on the torrent you download. If you choose the wrong one that’s being tracked, you will get your IP sent to Spectrum in a legal letter eventually.
