This is all made more ridiculous by the fact that there is no social credit score in China as Americans understand it.

I simply don’t like the idea of being targeted or used, so ive tried to minimize data collection. I have a custom ROM on my phone and have linux on my computers. I dont have accounts with companies I dont trust. Sometimes if I have to make an account anyways, I’ll use fake information and a vpn.
True but thats a benefit to you, not to others. Its good at least the tool is allowing you to learn. I’m sure learning a language isn’t easy, especially the finer details.
I’d argue that with a little bit of practice its quicker to write a comment and then revise it yourself. Fix the punctuation, grammar, misspellings, and read it through once at least. Its a useful skill to learn as well.
They are right though, we came up with lol and stuff like that because texting on a keypad was tedious. Its not really useful in the way it was back then, its just stuck around from popular use.

A person who murders someone before they knew it was wrong will still have murdered someone. You can’t absolve your own past by future actions, just try not to repeat it.
Yeah, we live and learn. We don’t expect perfection, we expect self improvement. Its important not to excuse bad decisions/behavior. Be more skeptical of new technology in the future and pay attention to who’s creating/selling it.
