Being married with kids in my mid 30s is actually pretty freeing, all things considered. Yes, the kids are a gigantic burden, but I’m free of much of the social and societal words that exist from like 15-25 ±2 years. And we’re in peak nostalgia as our childhood and adolescent years seem to have come back in vogue, and I can say yeah, I was there.
I’m 36, and I’m confident it’s all downhill from here. We sure we’re winning?
