I had a badly deviated septum too. I highly recommend the septoplasy surgery. The strips just DO NOT work 😭. My nose hurt like hell and bled for two weeks (during covid too), but it’s worth it. I would also look into getting proper pillow support, if yours is not tall enough. I add some towels underneath my head to correct my neck’s shape.

Yep! It’s one of the surgeries that seem to just work. I had mine done at 14 and it’s been fantastic. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone ever say it wasn’t worth it. I love when medicine just works

I’ve had over a dozen sinus surgeries cause I have cystic fibrosis and I’m pediatric size so all the passages needed to be widened but the deviated septum was a HUGE improvement the only other one that came close was when they opened the back passage connecting my nose to my mouth
