It’s hard to explain, but it’s one of the many things that are maddening to me, with AAA titles.

I’ve played absurdly good indie games. Absurdly good indie games aren’t even rare, they come out all the time, faster than someone can play even just all the ones they like.

Meanwhile, Big Games’ success happens simply because they are the only ones with access to the spotlight, and our culture absorbs them as deserving of enormous praise, masterpieces, and the like.

If you really, really, REALLY boil my point down to its core, I guess what I meant to say is

    Capitalism bad.

And when I saw the word Remaster, after Bethesda’s and Activision’s last few years of “business”, and the Cyberpunk fiasco, I was on a hair trigger.

Apart from that though, it wasn’t nearly as “Game I didn’t like” as it looks.

Hating a game is not disliking it. I really liked Witcher, and loved what it could have been. My experience playing it, was “being let down”, by all the Shit that could have been, but wasn’t.

If you want to see someone going on a deeper such spiral than me, check out SkittyBitty’s Tears of the Kingdom review, on YouTube.

Thank you for taking the time to answer!

I still don’t fully understand, but I understand more than I did, and that’s all I was going for. Thank you, again! :-)
