The solution for a lot of these random issues with reinstalling stuff is to not use weird scripts to do things you can just handle normally.
Just uninstall it like a regular app and it doesn’t come back on its own from my experience. I’ve literally never had it come back on any of my systems, my family’s, or customers, by doing it that way.

I don’t have that issue with script either, my guess is that’s a regional thing, do you live in the EU too?
