Plant it in some box or container you are okay with being taken over. Probably also worth knowing that spearmint and peppermint are different flavors that come from different varieties. Not everybody likes both

Mint is easy to care for and repels some pests but spreads very aggressively. Plant it in some box or container you are okay with being taken over.
