Applies to games, music, books, etc. as well
Yo ho, Yo ho…
Three family members in three places using my Plex server at the same time today, felt so proud
Shiver me timbers!

I agree except for Tubi. That shit is awesome and I usually always watch it on there if its available instead of pirating it because I want to support the originals they do.
That’s only because they are free though
No thanks. Usenet, sonarr, radarr, emby and that’s all I need. Enter name, wait some minutes, watch 4k HDR show or movie. I tried Netflix back then. As a German, I had access to 30%? And most of the things weren’t there, and the good stuff rarely got more than one season. Ugh. I thought the 3,- I spent were too much for that.
In still doing the first one. Several family members use Netflix on a vpn through my home connection.
Use Tailscale as an exit node and it’s pretty easy to show up on the same IP.
Also, you can just say no thanks and unsubscribe. There are plenty of free entertainment options online and books are great and free at your local library.
