They really do. I like to use the analogy of a company with two teams. One is run by a manager that everyone loves, he’s a great guy, brings donuts to the meetings, asks about your family, etc.
The other team is run by an asshole, that makes every minute at work miserable, and everybody that works for him hates them.
Two different managers, two wildly different approaches, but make no mistake, they BOTH work for the same company, and both have the same agenda and objectives, they’re just approaching it differently.
