You’re referring to anyone above the age of twelve as a “child” in quotation and deserving to be murdered by you if they throw a rock in your direction. I’m not threatening anyone. I don’t think it makes sense to use lethal force in your very specific example because that is a tank. If he were throwing it at a person, then hell yeah let loose the hounds of war, that’s deadly force
