    Is it hard to understand for some people that “influencer” is a job title that actually hides very little of the day to day business they do.

      They have already sold out by definition so their fans won’t care if they attach their name to capitalist surveillance tech.

        I mean, along with being complete sell outs, I think they are also just creepy people as well.

        They fit the smart glasses personality.

      What I want to know is: if you’ve got a product that has been market tested and proven for a decade to be creepy, why do you pick a celebrity with a creepy dad to promote it? Are they just trying to own that sliver of market share that doesn’t care?
