I hope all those workers remember that Ford threw them out the absolute first second they could. I’d be looking elsewhere immediately.
Now, if there were justice in this world the entire command chain that devised and executed the plan would be fired and their CV would be forever tainted.
But they made the line go up!
They probably will replace the management with AI pretty soon.
