My guess is VP McJorgen told HR he needs another senior dev with Claude code experience. HR specialist McSmitty pulls up the job description for senior dev, sees 10+ yr experience and makes the job listing, completely unaware of the age of the technology.
I’m going to guess this position is for a person already in the company but they are required to post a listing for it due to corporatism bullshit
