Okay in insight, I didn’t pick a good example. Let me try again

You wouldn’t (or at least shouldn’t) make fun of a gym-bro starting to take anabolic steroids to look more buff.

That person is suffering from body dysmorphia. Modern beauty standards can push people to extreme or sometimes dangerous treatment. See how the situation is similar to a woman feeling she needs to do facial surgery and take weight-losing drugs, to fit into an impossible beauty standard?

Neither of those situations are good nor should be made fun of. Agree?

But then we had several posts making fun of women in that situation, and someone rightfully called out the blatant sexism.

Well humor is subjective, but beyond how I feel personally, uhhh yeah people do it all the time and it never gets called out as body shaming or any such thing, nobody cares. Bald, fat, ugly, small dick, all are fair game, especially if you have at least one other undesirable trait. Andrew Tate is balding, Trump is fat and has a little dick, anyone who has a large vehicle also has a small dick, anyone who owns guns has a small dick, the British have a small dick, etc, it’s everywhere and everyone else seems to love it.
