There’s always that terrifying theory that if your brain slows down and dies, conciousness itself may elongate. One may spend eons of time in relative stillness before actual death, decades, who can say?

    Or not, I dunno.

eons of time in relative stillness

Oh, don’t tease me with a bit of fucking peace and quiet!

well under anesthetic there was no experience of anything so I very much doubt it. My first general anesthetic was “proof” as much as proof can be that it doesn’t even go black, just that the thing that used to be you isn’t aware of anything any more.

Eh, since your ability to perceive time is also bound to your brain, it would also slow down. So it would probably feel normal. Since every thought takes forever it might even feel like live around you is sped up and after 4 days in 10 seconds you are dead.
