It gets to the point that I can’t move or think when it happens, and it is triggered by “stuff” moving through my bowels so usually it makes me want to take an urgent shit while I’m immobile and in agony

What’s a prostate spasm? Sudden projectile shits?
Intense pain around your taint. It gets to the point that I can’t move or think when it happens, and it is triggered by “stuff” moving through my bowels so usually it makes me want to take an urgent shit while I’m immobile and in agony
