Ive been searching for years for a ‘dumbish’ music player to give to someone with developmental disabilities. Something that can play streaming services but that doesn’t also need a phone to control it. Essentially a streaming-enabled 90s boom box and/or iPod Touch without a bunch of social media apps but nothing like this exists.
There is the Mighty music player but this needs a phone to setup, can only play a single preset playlist, and is pretty expensive for what it is. Additionally, this only works with headphones which isnt always ideal.
