Windows 10: There’s updates, install them soon

or we will incrementally slow your machine down.

Anyone else notice this when waiting 3 weeks to let win 10 update? Every time I’d get updates I would wait, reboot several times but not install the pending update, then after finally installing it the machine would “magically” get faster
