Some of that feels tough, but it might be well balanced… I think I’ll give it a go.
But there may be some things I might want to tweak.
For example, I like to only upgrade my stamina, so I only have 3 hearts. Then to balance that I go pick up a bunch of durians early on so I can cook food with +4 hearts.
That’s my base health.
I never cook larger hearty meals.
Hearty food truly is broken imo, and seems like you know it as well since you prioritize durians. Hearty elixers are much more reasonable, and it really forces you to balance your health and stamina.
But I do highly recommend giving it a try! I’ve been a huge fan, in fact I mostly only ever play the game this way anymore. Especially without fast travel, it makes you pay more attention to the world and lets you appreciate new little details all the time.
