OFFICER: Witnesses say he was wearing juggalo makeup at the time DETECTIVE: Hang on *keyboard sounds*. Oh yeah one match. Here ya go. I guess maybe if we make it a societal norm that we all go out in Juggalo makeup. And change the pattern every time.
