Had to search for a bit, too, but finally found the relevant keyword: Delta RPMs
(Which also explains why it’s a Red Hat / SUSE thing. 😅)

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
