The UK offers dental on the NHS. Part of the stereotype of “bad teeth” comes from the fact that American dentists will market purely cosmetic procedures as “essential” (so they can make money) while UK Dentists only do procedures that are necessary for people’s health and wellbeing.
Dental procedures like Veneers are (rightly) seen as cosmetic.
I don’t know why this needs to go any further than “in which country can everyone afford dental treatment”.
