And it’s reported that a big chunk of Spaniards live with noise issues which affect our health in a negative way. Hearing your neighbors all the time in the supposed tranquility of your own home can be mind breaking.

Living on a flat is not that fun. Spain is one of the western countries with more flats instead of individual houses.
