That’s the first floor, you can see the ground floor below because of the cars parked outside
It confuses me so much why British count it that way and here in the USA the first floor is same thing as ground floor which just makes sense.
In 1942, Alan Turing proved that buildings were arrays via maths, so all Brits had to start 0-indexing them by crown law.
