Prod operator is like that too. Every delivery have zero issue why do we even pay you. So I took 1 month holiday without my computer, they lost 2 clients :/ because they knew nobody would check there tests book since I wasn’t here. They managed to let test Iban hard coded they sent all the salaries of a company to another and only noticed 5-7 days laters… They are still trying to get the monney back… This was a one man company and they can’t reach the guy, it seem that he emptied his accounts than disapeared… They fucking Dev even tried to tell my manager that was my fault because I was on holiday…
