      A toaster oven, or regular oven I guess if you’re fancy, some olive oil and a sprinkling of red chili flaked will get you done delicious roast broccoli (400°F/205°C for ~15 minutes)

        Oil makes a huge difference. Or butter. Even fat drippings, like turkey gelatin from cooking one.

          the biggest mistake of vegan food is that it uses too little fat in most cases, i think
