won’t surprise me if they push for identification to use VPNs. Corporations won’t complain. They don’t use VPNs for anonymity but security.
For example, if it is a small library, read on an Android/iOS device, Jellyfin with JellyBook may be fine. If it is a large manga library already tracked on AniList, Kavita may be a good bet. If features like notes and highlights are important to sync across devices, something like Anx Reader with WebDAV might even be better.
i will start with jellybook to keep it simple. i didn’t know there was a jellyfin plugin for ebooks.

I will say that having disclosure and/or tagging would mean that comments that just say “slop” or “fuck ai” or whatever would be off topic at that point, that information is already provided, so its just noise (and sometimes pretty uncivil - I’ve been light on that for now due to the need for a rule on this).
