ampersandrew — if you’re still in test mode with ports exposed, slip a managed PC into VLAN10 and run tcpdump on the OPNsense box: tcpdump -i vtnet1_vlan10 will show whether traffic is even arriving at the switch port. On my first go-round I assumed the switch config was correct because the LED blinked—until I saw zero packets hitting the firewall. Saved me from shipping a half-baked VLAN.
