It pains me to see, I don’t want to use chromium, but there is a limit…

This afaik is a thing that exists already and not everyone who is in a wheelchair has no use of their legs

Of course there is. I would much rather have this than a gaming console. Don’t have to re buy any game and all the benefits of the PC library of games. Perfect for couch gaming and possibly doubling as a media device.
The list of exclusives you refer to is literally PC games, a library massively larger than any console on the market.

2000 Civic is a nice car and it will probably rise in value as its on the threshold before the “new generation” of cars that don’t last as long and are more difficult/expensive to work on. Also street cred for Japanese car fans.
I think this is at least partially true, in that if you had two identical people and one was more attractive, that one would have increased benefits over the other.
This is my (male) perspective: I think an important part is to feel attractive and emit that confidence. Attractiveness can also be material things like how you dress, carry and style yourself as well as managing your personal hygiene and all those things.
I think a moderately attractive person with a lot of charisma and humour would get a lot further than an attractive person. I think an attractive person without humour or charisma, maybe even a shy person, would possibly not go all that far based on their appearance.
isn’t 10% pretty good though?
I work in IT and in similar systems, the reason from my perspective to do this is when a ticket comes in a timer will start ticking. Whenever the ball isn’t in our court that timer is cancelled. If i set status “pending user” and throw a dumb question it is paused. If more than 10% or whatever amount was agreed on when the contract was signed our company has to pay for not living up to expectations.
There’s a lot of rule bending to make this work in our favour.
Of course different providers will use different metrics like how long before the ticket was handled etc.
Yes, but even just for menu navigation without keyboard would be an improvement. wouldn’t have to use more space than the old physical home buttons.
However typing is the more frustrating element, so it would be nice.
I can’t even begin to understand what you mean by this. It sounds like maybe you’re an iPhone user, which has almost no native universal controls. Android has options like gestures or a digital button bar, which allow for universal navigation from the same location that physical buttons would be in.
I don’t use iPhone. I mean the button does not move, a touch interface might require input anywhere on the screen.
Those buttons are contextually dynamic. You wouldn’t be able to use them without looking at the screen anyway
They are dynamic, but if you are doing the same task, they will do the same thing. Meaning if you are habitually doing a task, you can memorize it.
How are you firmly gripping buttons without pushing them? This makes no sense.
I am talking about gripping the whole device, not holding buttons. On a touchscreen device the whole thing is a button, so you only want to grab the bezel, which is as tiny as the designer can muster, to avoid accidental input. This makes for a less firm and ergonomic grip.
It sounds like you have rose tinted glasses inspired by the inferiority of iOS, but I’m making assumptions
You are indeed making assumptions. How do you conclude that advocating for buttons is tied to the device that revolitionized the industry towards touch only?
ergonomic, don’t have to move your hands.
tactile, don’t have to watch the phone to navigate if you are familiar with what you are doing
“safer” since you can rest your hands while holding your device without worrying about accidental touch inputs that means you can have a firmer grip
i would kill for button based menu navigation to come back
It’s never too late to change the path you are going down, friend.
In Sweden we say 20 000 mil. I always have to stop for a second to convert when people use km.
In Scandinavia we have “mil” which everyone uses, 1 mil, or Scandinavian mile as it is known in English, is 10km. Cuts down ln zeroes. I love this but no one else(outside of Scandinavia) uses it.I typically get a lot of pushback mentioning it to my international peers.

do not drag innocent Dr Mugg through the dirt

I was on on Pop, but after going to CachyOS I have not looked back. The fact Pop was kind of dated snd the new DE seemingly taking forever to finish made me want to try something else. CachyOS so far has been entirely trouble free and worked better than Pop, which was struggling with stuff like hibernation on my machine

I have crypto and I play games and I will not buy Nvidia again
In Sweden we use 1 to 1,5L cartons.
