Not if you follow all the harm reduction steps ;) Then you just have a lazy day or don’t even notice it.
I also love MDMA on raves, but taking it twice per month is probably too much. Most people recommend 3 months or at least 2 months between uses if you do it regularly. MDMA will fuck you up if you don’t respect it.
