Missed the memo about the TPS report?
Looks like their ankle fell off

Yeah, I’m gonna need you to come in on Saturday
It’s always a nightmare being in IT lol
Nobody ever calls to say, “Hey! Just wanted to let you know that my email is working great, keep up the good work!”
We only hear from people when shit is broken.
Being in a windows shop only makes it 100x more difficult and expensive.

Not tall-style?
It sounds like you want a combination of things, which is why you are getting such varied responses. Keep in mind, you probably aren’t going to find an all in one solution, but with some docker images you could run a couple different solutions, one for each task. Immich for photos, and maybe another for the family tree.
I was in a similar boat and stumbled across “digital gardens”. I made my own digital garden, and I think if it as a life wiki. It has tech notes, images, recipes, etc. Obviously it’s not a drop in replacement for good photo hosting software or ancestry software tho.
HTH!

Check out Gitea. It was pretty easy to set up with docker and they have pretty decent docs.

How do connect to your mail’s server outside your home network?
Sorry for all the questions, I’m trying to get my DNS working with a vpn and it’s been difficult.

Where are you hosting your mail?
I accidentally rm’ed /bin on a remote host located in another country, and had to wait for someone to get in and fix it.
Every seasoned IT person, devOps or otherwise has accidentally made a catastrophic mistake. I ask that in interviews :D
Sometimes size really matters.
But it said it was up, so it must be true.
