This type of tech (even though most of its capabilities and uses are lies) in the hands of the people it’s in will only serve the rich and gobble up resources when we need to be scaling back our consumption. Instead, that endless investment is fueling our climate collapse.

Great Mapquest story: my two friends and I were driving from Gainesville Fl to Tuscaloosa, Al to visit another friend in college.
