… it was very quickly pointed out that half of the art department leadership follows ANTIREAL [The artist who was plagiarized from] on social media and that her profile looks like a concept art sheet for the game because of how much inspiration is derived from it.
It would be a lot more understandable if it was a single asset. I think the whole story speaks volumes to the amount of people who signed off on these decisions and points to it not being an accident.

I am going to need to double check my settings then. I might have only enabled DLSS and not frame gen.


BL4 is running horribly, even on higher end PCs. I have a 4090 and a decent processor, but only getting 80FPS max with a good few settings on low or off and AI frame gen on (I would rather not, but performance is just that bad).
Edit: It was only DLSS enabled and not Frame Gen. I was able to get to ~90 FPS with most everything on low and frame gen off.


I think the root issue is more around the belief that US companies operate off of meritocracy.
I.E. only the most qualified and competent people make it to the top.


Conservatives (reactionary fear mongering) do.

That was more of a juxtaposition of the example you gave of blocking = putting your head in the sand VS everyone’s opinion should be heard. My main point being that there is a happy medium between the two.
