Either way I’m blind if there’s a big fucker next to me at the start, and it’s about 1/5th of the car moved to see either way. I guess that’s car dependant though, it’s only my direct rear visibility that sucks and sideways back is fine but I’ve definitely been in cars where trying to see what’s next to you and a bit back is hard.

Significantly less turning going in forwards, with the exception of parallel parking where both are pretty even, but some people see you pass a park and go right up your arse even though you wanted to back in.

Also car has great visibility forward and fuck all backwards, rear view mirror is like double the size of the rear window (in the reflection, not side by side).

Valve is holding up the bar not because valve is great but because everyone else is so shit. I’ve had a ton of issues with steam throughout the years and it’s just… nothing else is better. I was actually excited for the epic store launch and it’s… Well, not the worst, because being the worst is a challenge some places take seriously, but certainly not a good steam replacement especially for low data people.

Steam may not let me control the updates to steam, but it won’t force refresh my library causing ping spikes all the time as an intended feature.

I tried the games once and they fucking suck, and then youtube wouldn’t stop trying to get me to play them more for like 4 months. I mostly use PC so shorts existing while being mildly inconvenient, isn’t an issue because I can just scroll past them. The movies have tempted me a couple times, but idk if i want to pay money for something i probably wont watch all of, actual youtube content is often more enjoyable.

You are underestimating how good a cheap coffee grinder is. 10 seconds to do what a manual grinder takes minutes to do, costs the same despite being powered, and it can do half an Oz at a time, more if I feel like being careful. One day it’ll be too gummed up for the motor, and then I’ll go spend another 15 AUD for another one, unless it’s gone up in the years I expect it to last.

Aside from showing me stuff I’ve seen (hopefully I just missed a setting for that) I don’t really have an issue with the yt algorithm. I watch game stuff, tech and science and it shows me more of that mostly. I am logged in though, so I don’t know if that makes any difference given they are able to track your interests regardless.
