look im not that committed to a different scheme. Just seems to me once you get to a week and do a weekly you are good on days. heck I would do 6 daily ones and have the weekly one just be the 7th day of the week. free up yet another deep backup.

came to say something like this but not sure why you would do daily for 10 days. Your doing weeklys so why not 7. I would rather increase the monthly to 7 or do 6 bi monthly and keep a yearly.

I disagree here. Its a local thing you are used to so you should be able to get an idea of if its correct. You likely just need to be reminded of it. Like everything llm you should double check in some manner. Check the site, call the number or stop by ahead of time to make sure its correct. I did not use ai to find my drop off location but I still stopped by to check it was correct like two days ago.

that last part was something I encountered a while back when making my own rules. It refused to put some rules into my private stack and I went back and forth and it told me enough to get that it was something it did in the google internal stuff and would not override it with my rule. its annoying they hide them. I would be much more ok with it if they made it clear what they where. click a link to read through them all.

well what I mean is they will throw out things and when challenged or fact checked then go to a new thing. sometimes not new but proved false long enough ago that people forgot. but yeah a lot is poorly done to begin with but its using large amounts and going to a new one if its disproved and actually ignoring that they ever used it. Oh and then attacking fact checking places as being political for pointing out facts or yelling at news entities for doing it.

also the act of verifying is generally unpaid work. peer review was already having issues because people in the field don’t want to do it over their own research.

thanks because you know I have seen this with trump and the right in the us but did not think of it in terms of something recognized.

it might not even be the last step in a way. A person may have it solved but worries about publishing until they check and double check and run it down a few times to be sure and then of course there is the writing. So really it might just be acting as a technical writer for the researcher at best.
