Is that just a sticker, or does some bank actually let you customize the image?
My bank offers those. There are a few rules to what you can upload.
Some make sense, like you can’t print the pin code or use the visa logo on a Mastercard.
Others are less obvious. Tiger King wouldn’t be allowed because he’s technically a celebrity, which is not allowed.
In this case it’s a sticker, you can see the bulge where the numbers are. But as the other person already replied, some banks let you customize the card when ordering.

I heard on the subreddits and sometimes here about banks that will let you do that.
Though what I do not understand is if it covers the letters/numbers that are usually at the bottom front.
Someone came into my job with a Tyrome Biggums foodstamp card on their debit card lol
It would be more fitting if it weee a credit card instead. At least with debit it’s only your money.
