Well never know how many hundredths of lives could have been saved had they acted when they were supposed to. They have, and have saved a lot of people, as have other countries like El Salvador and Mexico. But remember that everything has to pass through the venezuelan government, which in turn dissuades other people from helping, due to the very likely possibility of having their contribution stolen. And so our disgrace is served.
