I already downloaded it from AA, but wanted to try and purchase the PDF from Google (I know, I know, but no one else seems to have it!) because it looks like it might be a native PDF of higher quality than the scan from AA. Calibre can usually open the ACSM file, but not this time; any suggestions how I might be able to free this book I just bought? I’m still running Calibre 7.26, would updating it help? My deACSM and deDRM plugins appear to be up to date.
